Pet Accommodation Policy:
We are delighted to welcome both you and your pet to our property. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we have a specific policy for pet accommodation. With the exception of service animals, breed and pet restrictions are imposed by management. Guests must provide proof of the most recent rabies shots. Requests to bring a pet must be approved by the manager prior to booking.
Pet Fee: A one-time fee of £40/pet per stay applies.
Pet Limit: Only dogs are permitted, with a limit of 2 pets per flat.
Weight Limit: Each pet must weigh no more than 50kg.
Responsibility: Guests assume full responsibility for any damages caused by approved pets and may incur a penalty of up to £200 for not following the house rules.
Breed Restrictions: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Wolf-Hybrid, and any mix of these breeds.
ID Verification: We require a copy of your ID for bookings to verify your identity and ensure the person who made the booking is present at the property. This is a standard practice, similar to hotels during check-in. Failure to present ID may result in cancellation without refund.
No Parties Allowed: Our residential building requires respect for our neighbors and unregistered visitors are not permitted. A noise detector and CCTV cameras are installed in the communal areas of the building for your safety and to prevent nuisance. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to protect your privacy. If these rules are not followed, guests may be asked to leave the property with no refund and all deposit will be charged.
Smoking is also strictly prohibited in this area.
Bag Drop-Off: Early check-in or bag drop-off may be possible with advanced notice and a fee of £40 for early check-in and £12 for bag drop-off. Please contact us in advance to arrange this with our cleaning and Airbnb management company.
Travel cot: We are happy to provide a travel cot at a fee of £20 per stay, available on request. Please note that linen for the travel cot is not provided.
