NO PARTIES: Our apartment is located in a residential building, and we kindly request that guests respect our neighbors by avoiding any loud or disruptive behavior. There is CCTV outside the property and a noise detector inside to prevent disturbances. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate eviction, loss of deposit, and no refund. Quiet hours are from 22:00 - 09:00. CCTV is in operation in the outdoor areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the property). REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Please ensure that you book for the correct number of guests. No unregistered guests are allowed in the apartment. CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment). BAG DROP-OFF: If you need to drop off your bags before check-in or arrange for an early check-in, please contact us in advance. Our cleaning and Airbnb management company may be able to accommodate this request for an additional fee of £20 for early check-in or £12 for bag drop-off.
