We require this in very much the same way a hotel requires your ID at check-in, to verify the identity of the guests we are letting into our managed properties and also to ascertain that the person that booked on Airbnb is the person that shows up at the property.

No Parties are allowed! It’s a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected. There is CCTV outside the property. A noise detector is installed inside the property to prevent nuisance. If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.

BAG DROP OFF. If you wish to drop off bags early or earlier check-in, get in touch with us in advance, and we might be able to organise it. However, our cleaning and Airbnb management company charges £ 20 to get this organised with the cleaning team.
Travel cot: We are happy to provide a travel cot at a fee of £20 per stay, should be requested in advance. Please note that linen for the travel cot is not provided.
