Shepherd’s Bush is a highly residential area with the largest shopping mall in Europe, the Westfield Shopping Centre. It’s mostly filled with chain stores, but you will be able to find small, independent shops mixed in. While this mall dominates the landscape here, the neighbourhood is gradually morphing from a boring shopping hub into a fun place to live.
The neighbourhood also boasts two great music venues, the Shepherd’s Bush Empire and Bush Hall, but most of the area is quiet.
For green space, you’ll be within walking distance of the charming Wendell Park.
Shepherd’s Bush is bordered on the north by White City, on the east by Notting Hill, on the south by Hammersmith. and on the west by Acton.

ID Verification: We require a copy of your ID for booking to verify guest identity and to ensure the person booking is present at check-in. After you make a reservation, you will send a link to an external secure portal to upload your ID. The email will be from our company – Elite Property London.
Party Policy: Parties are not allowed in the residential building. A noise detector and CCTV cameras are in place to prevent nuisance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted. Booking should accurately reflect the number of guests. No visitors are allowed.
Bag Drop-off and Early Check-In: If you require an early check-in or bag drop-off, please reach out to us in advance. Our cleaning and Airbnb management company may be able to accommodate these requests for a fee of £20 for early check-in and £12 for bag drop-off. This fee is necessary to coordinate with the cleaning team.
Travel cot: We are happy to provide a travel cot at a fee of £20 per stay, should be requested in advance. Please note that linen for the travel cot is not provided.
ACCESSIBILITY DISCLOSURE: The flat is on the first floor, it’s on the main high street. There is no lift in the building and the stairs are quite narrow and a bit steeper than regular stairs.
