We require this in very much the same way a hotel requires your ID at check-in, to verify the identity of the guests we are letting into our managed properties and also to ascertain that the person that booked on Airbnb is the person that shows up at the property. If you have any problems with presenting your ID or with the rules of this property then please do not book as all of the above is required to be respected. NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected. A noise detector is installed inside the property to prevent nuisance. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. BAG DROP OFF. If you wish to drop off bags early or earlier check-in, get in touch with us in advance, and we might be able to organise it. However, our cleaning and Airbnb management company charges £ 20 for early chcek-in and £ 12 for bag drop-off to get this organised with the cleaning team.
