Welcome to your new holiday home in London! Our spacious and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a private terrace is awaiting you!
The flat has been newly renovated (Nov 2021) to a luxury standard and new furniture has been installed. It’s a relatively new build house in a very quiet and residential street – ideal for light sleepers.
The apartment is a one-story property with a full unit on the ground floor (so no need to worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs). The building is incredibly safe and secure; it is guarded and only accessible with a gate key, and it is equipped with surveillance cameras that only record the area outside the residence (no cameras inside the property, your privacy is respected).
Transport:
Caledonian Road station is only an 8-minute walk and runs on the Piccadilly line.
Local attractions include:
– Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium is just 1 mile from doorstep to doorstep.
-Holloway Road is only a 10-minute walk away and features many restaurants, bars and activities for leisure.
-Fireaway Pizza, Nando’s and Raj of Islington are some local favourites.
The world famous Camden Town is a short journey away on public transport.
A 15-minute bus ride on the 29 and 253 will get you there.
Other tourist hotspots are nearby:
– Madame Tussauds, British Museum & London’s Regents Park.
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 9 adult guests. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
– Ensuite bedroom with a king-sized bed (2 guests) and a sofa bed that converts into a small double (1 guest)
– King-sized bed in a double bedroom with access to the terrace (2 guests)
– 2nd Double Bedroom (double bed) with access to the terrace (2 guests)
– Living room – 1 corner sofa bed (2 guests), which opens into a double bed.
The living room has an open floor plan with a kitchen and dining area. There is a bar island in the kitchen that has 6 stools and comfortably seats 6 people. We have a dining table with 4 chairs.
Our modern kitchen is fully fitted and it includes a dishwasher, a fridge, and separate freezer, a microwave, an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, utensils, plates, wine glasses, cups, and other necessary amenities.

The terrace is private and accessed via the living room and 2 bedrooms.
There is no parking immediately outside the property. Parking can be found 1-2 minutes’ walk away in the residential streets surrounding the apartment.
The property can only be accessed through a private gate which requires a key. CCTV is in operation in the outdoor areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the property).

There are several buses that can be caught from Holloway Road as well as a London underground station, situated less than 10 mins walk from the apartment.
Buses 29, 91, 253 and 259 head towards central London locations Kings Cross, Trafalgar Square and Euston.
ID Verification: We require a copy of your ID for booking to verify guest identity and to ensure the person booking is present at check-in. After you make a reservation, you will send a link to an external secure portal to upload your ID. The email will be from our company – Elite Property London.
Party Policy: Parties are not allowed in the residential building. A noise detector and CCTV cameras are in place to prevent nuisance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted. Booking should accurately reflect the number of guests. No visitors are allowed.
Bag Drop-off and Early Check-In: If you require an early check-in or bag drop-off, please reach out to us in advance. Our cleaning and Airbnb management company may be able to accommodate these requests for a fee of £20 for early check-in and £12 for bag drop-off. This fee is necessary to coordinate with the cleaning team.
Travel cot: We are happy to provide a travel cot at a fee of £20 per stay, available on request. Please note that linen for the travel cot is not provided.
