Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in most of our apartments. However, selected apartments are advertised as pet-friendly, including those in Golders Green, Kensington, White City, and Hampton. If you need further assistance, we can also recommend nearby pet-friendly accommodations.

Yes, you can drop off your luggage before check-in for an additional fee.
Early check-in is available upon request! Just let us know your preferred time in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Late check-out is offered until 12 PM for a small fee. Please message us in advance to arrange this. Both early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
